2. No Cancellation After Enrollment
Once payment is made and access to course materials or sessions is granted, the enrollment is final and cannot be canceled.
3. Non-Transferable
- Enrolled courses are non-transferable to another person or batch.
- The paid fee cannot be adjusted against any other course or future batch.
4. Course Rescheduling by Gromentor
In rare situations where a course or session needs to be rescheduled by Gromentor due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer unavailability, technical issues):
- You will be notified in advance
- Alternate arrangements or new dates will be provided
- No refunds will be issued in such cases
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In extreme situations (such as critical illness or Disability ), we may review refund or transfer requests on a case-by-case basis, solely at the discretion of the management. Supporting documents are required. The decision made by Management of Gromentor will be final and binding.
