  • Gromentor is a purely educational platform and does not provide job guarantees after course completion.
  • We do, however, offer career support services, including:

    • Interview tips and guidance

4. Mode of Delivery

  • All courses are delivered online only.
  • Recorded sessions, documents, and live virtual classes are accessible via platforms notified to students upon enrollment.

5. Fees and Payment

  • All course fees must be paid in full through the payment gateway provided (e.g., Razorpay) before access is granted.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable, regardless of circumstances including but not limited to:
    • Personal reasons
    • Schedule conflicts
    • Technical difficulties on the user’s side
    • Change of mind

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials including, but not limited to, videos, slides, documents, and written content are the intellectual property of Gromentor.
  • These resources are provided for personal educational use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold in any form without prior written permission.

7. Student Conduct

  • You agree to maintain professionalism and respect during all interactions—live sessions, group chats, or support communications.
  • Any form of abusive, disruptive, or unethical behavior may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

8. Access and Availability

  • Access to course materials may be granted for a limited time ( 1 months from the date of enrollment) unless otherwise stated.1
  • Gromentor reserves the right to make updates, improvements, or changes to course content and structure at any time.

    • System outages
    • Third-party platform issues
